Designing A Cluster House starts with defining the major theme for the area. OAK Residence is located at the heart of Pekanbaru. This idea invokes us to elaborate simplicity in living by combining the wood and earthy tone at this development. 

This cluster provides a pool as a facility and each house with a generous amount of open yard in the back. This is our sense to emphasizes the openness and possibility of upgradeability in each of the houses. This, for us, is a key for developing uniform housing while also adding the possibility of each house to be developed by each resident.
